Your company event photos, taken by the people who were there.
Offsite, annual party, team building, launch: one QR code on the tables and the badges, and every participant becomes a photographer. No app to install, a private album, live.
Only the host needs the app, on iPhone. Your guests have nothing to install.

The photographer sees the stage. Not the tables.
After an offsite, comms gets 40 photos from the photographer: the general session, the CEO at the mic, the group shot. What actually made the event — teams mixing at dinner, the workshop going sideways, karaoke at midnight — lives only on participants’ phones. And never leaves them.
WeWere collects it. All of it, in one place, as it happens.
No app to install, no IT ticket

Participants scan the code, sign in with the Apple or Google account they already have, and the camera opens in their browser — work phone or personal, iPhone or Android. Nothing to install, nothing for IT to approve, nothing to uninstall afterward.
The same QR code works for everyone: on the tables, on the badges, on the main screen. However many participants you have, they all shoot into the same album, see it and save their own photos. Someone arriving late scans and joins the album as it stands.
The live wall on the main screen
Between talks, at the break, during dinner: participants’ photos show up live on the screen. It’s the cheapest and most effective activity of the day.
You turn it on from the app and open its link on the laptop plugged into the screen. The live wall is included from the 300-photo tier up. To plan the rest — briefing the teams, the moments not to miss — read our guide to offsite photos.
What HR and comms keep control of

The album is private: only members of the event see the photos. The host can delete a photo at any time and remove a participant from the event. Anyone can report a photo. In reveal mode, the album stays hidden until the time you choose — the end of the general session, for instance.
What we don’t offer today: approving each photo before it appears in the album. If that’s a must for you, tell us and we’ll tell you where we stand.
Privacy and GDPR
Photos are visible only to members of the event. They are hosted in the European Union (Supabase and Cloudflare R2). No ads, no data selling. A deleted file is erased within 30 days. The album stays online for 45 days, then goes offline; you can keep this album online for one year instead. Downloading photos is free, at full resolution.
For the wording to put on the invitation and employees’ image rights, read our GDPR guide to corporate event photos.
Pricing and WeWere Pro
An event is one payment in the app, no subscription, with unlimited participants: you pay for a total number of photos. $14.99 for 1,000 photos, $29.99 for 2,500, the size for an offsite or a seminar. If the album fills up, you add photos from the app. See pricing.
If you run several events a year, or events for clients, it’s WeWere Pro, priced on request. WeWere Pro for companies · Email us.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to set up?
As long as it takes to create the event in the app and print the table card with the QR code. To be safe, test it first on a free event: 40 photos, unlimited participants.
What if the venue has poor coverage?
Participants need a connection, 4G or Wi-Fi, to upload their photos. A photo taken with no signal is saved and sends itself as soon as the connection is back — just keep the page open. If coverage is poor, put the Wi-Fi details on the table card or on the screen.
What about GDPR?
Participants sign in with their Apple or Google account: we store only that sign-in identifier and a first name. No phone number, no stored password. Data is hosted in Europe. Read the GDPR guide.
Can we get an invoice?
Payment goes through the App Store, in the app. For an invoice in your company’s name, ask us and we’ll tell you what we can provide.
Do we need an iPhone?
The organizer creates the event in the WeWere app on iPhone. Participants join from their phone’s browser, iPhone or Android.
