Quick answers
- How long is the album online? — 90 days after the event. Use Save all in the app to copy photos to your camera roll. That is free.
- Keep — optional extra year for that album. One-time, not a subscription, not all albums.
- How many shots? — each guest has 80. The host can load another roll later.
- A guest can't join — the event may be full: upgrade its size in Event settings. Or the event was closed by the host.
- Photos aren't uploading — they're kept on the phone and upload automatically when the network returns (look for the "waiting for network" chip).
- Photos are hidden — reveal-mode events develop at the time the host set; everyone's photos unlock together.
