A QR on the fridge. The night does the rest.

Housewarming, New Year’s Eve, a party with friends: you’re not going to spend the night taking photos. WeWere is a party photo app that works like a shared disposable camera. One QR on the fridge, your guests shoot into the same album, and you watch it fill up live.

Only the host needs the app, on iPhone. Your guests have nothing to install.

A speaker on the floor and the feet of the people dancing around it.
Two friends talk on the balcony with the city lights behind them.
The living room seen from the hallway during a birthday party.
The kitchen counter mid-party: champagne, chips and a candle.

No app for guests

They scan the QR, sign in with the Apple or Google account they already have, and the camera opens in the browser. Nothing to install, on iPhone or Android. That’s it. See how it works.

One QR on the fridge, an album that fills itself

A spontaneous hug in the kitchen during the party.

Create the event in the app, print the QR, tape it to the fridge or next to the drinks. That’s where everyone ends up. Guests are unlimited, and everyone draws on one total number of photos that you pick for the night. Every shot lands in one album, live, and nobody has to chase a group chat the next day to get their photos back.

For a housewarming, add a second QR by the door: people shoot the apartment before it’s full. For New Year’s Eve, the QR next to the champagne is enough.

The live wall on the living-room TV

From the app, turn on the live wall and open its link on a laptop plugged into the TV, or in the TV’s own browser. Photos roll in as they’re taken. At midnight the whole room sees itself on screen, and that’s when the shy ones pull out their phones.

The live wall is included from the 300-photo tier up. No equipment, no other service to sign up for. More about the live wall.

A film stock to match the night

Deflated balloons and an empty bottle on the floor at the end of the night.

In the app, the host picks one film stock for the whole event: Original, 35mm, Black & White, Polaroid or 90s. 90s for New Year’s Eve, Polaroid for a housewarming, Black & White for a night that ends late. Every photo taken in the app gets that stock’s grain and the orange date.

The morning after

The app builds the Wrapped: the photo count, the guests who shot the most, the highlights. You send it to the group chat over coffee. The album stays online for 45 days and everyone downloads their photos free, at full resolution. You can delete a photo or remove a guest at any time.

Unlimited guests, free up to 40 photos

End of the night: a tired friend on the couch, glass in hand, under fairy lights.

Guests are unlimited on every tier, so people who show up unannounced cost nothing. What you pick is a total number of photos: 40 are free, 300 photos with the live wall are $4.99, and for a party of 50 to 80 guests, 600 photos are $9.99. One payment, no subscription, and if the album fills up during the party, you add photos from the app. See pricing.

Frequently asked questions

There are thirty of us. Which tier?

Guests are unlimited, so the question is how many photos. As a guide, count 5 to 8 per guest: for thirty, that’s the 300-photo tier, $4.99, live wall included. If the night runs long and the album fills up, the host adds 100 photos for $2.99 from the app.

Are night photos any good?

Night photos look like night photos: some grain, a flash now and then. That’s the look of a disposable, and that’s the idea. To help, leave a lamp on near the bar, where most of the photos get taken.

Will my neighbors see the photos?

No. The album is visible only to the event’s members, the people who scanned the QR. No public page, no ads, no data sold. The host can delete a photo or remove someone.

What if people show up unannounced?

Nothing changes: guests are unlimited on every tier, and the QR stays the same. If the extra guests fill the album, the host adds photos from the app, even in the middle of the party.

A friend blows out the candles on her cake while everyone around her claps.
