Any event. One album.

Whenever more than three people have a phone, there’s a place for WeWere. One QR code, and everyone’s photos land in a single shared album — from the browser, with nothing to install.

Only the host needs the app, on iPhone. Your guests have nothing to install.

Pick your occasion

Festivals, community groups and sports clubs

A neighborhood festival, a tournament, a community group’s annual dinner: many people, few volunteers, and nobody in charge of photos. Print the QR code on the program or at the entrance. Anyone who scans becomes a photographer: guests are unlimited, and for a day like this the 2,500-photo tier is $29.99. The organizer gets the whole day in one album, and members download what they want for free. If you run several events a year, or run them for clients, write to us.

One shared album, whatever the event

WeWere is a shared disposable camera for events. Whatever the occasion, it works the same way.

  1. Create — in the app: the number of photos for the event, the film stock, live or reveal mode. You get a QR code and a link.
  2. Share — print the QR code, drop the link in the group chat. Guests sign in with the Apple or Google account they already have, in the browser, on iPhone or Android.
  3. Shoot — unlimited guests, one shared photo count, in one album that fills up as the day goes on.
  4. Keep — the album stays online for 45 days. Downloading is free, in full resolution.

One payment per event, no subscription, unlimited guests on every tier: free up to 40 photos, $4.99 for 300, $29.99 for 2,500. See pricing. The full walkthrough is on how it works.

Frequently asked questions

My event isn’t on the list. Does it work anyway?

Yes. WeWere doesn’t care what the occasion is: a graduation, a going-away party, a wedding anniversary, a private concert. If several people have a phone, create the event and share the link.

Do guests need a signal on site?

Yes. Guests need a connection, 4G or Wi-Fi, to upload their photos. A photo taken with no signal is saved and sends itself as soon as the connection is back — just keep the page open. If the venue has poor coverage, put the Wi-Fi details next to the QR code.

How long does the album stay online?

For 45 days after the event. If you want it longer, Keep one year keeps that album online for one year instead, for a single payment: $2.99 when added at creation on a paid tier, $5.99 if added later.

What about a very large event?

Guests are unlimited on every tier, so a big crowd doesn’t change the price: the 2,500-photo tier is $29.99, and the host can add photos from the app. If you run events for clients, as a planner, a venue, an agency or a company, it’s WeWere Pro, priced on request. Tell us what you need.
