Quick answers
- How long is the album online? — 45 days after the event, or one year with Keep. Use Save all in the app to copy photos to your camera roll. That is free.
- Keep — optional: that album stays online one year instead of 45 days. One-time purchase for that album only, not a subscription.
- How many shots? — as many as the tier the host picked, shared by all guests. Guests are unlimited. If the album fills up, the host can add photos from the app.
- A guest can’t join — guests are unlimited, so check the link or QR code, and the connection. Or the event was closed by the host.
- Photos aren’t uploading — they’re kept on the phone and upload automatically when the network returns (look for the "waiting for network" chip).
- Photos are hidden — reveal-mode events develop at the time the host set; everyone’s photos unlock together.
